    • Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect it within 5 business days and process the refund according to the actual situation.
  • Refund information
    The refund will be returned according to your original payment method. The refund cycle may vary depending on the payment method, and the specific regulations of the payment platform or bank shall prevail.
  • Cost responsibility
    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
